Serving the groups: middle- to low-income people, the elderly, women, and people with limited physical ability. 70% of target trips under 5 km are switched to low-emission vehicles.
SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
Promote the "Upgrade instead of making new vehicles" model, extending vehicle lifespan and reducing industrial waste. Measurement criteria: Directly reuse 3,000 existing bicycle frames, avoid new production of 3,000 complete vehicles, and reduce life cycle emissions (embedded carbon) from vehicle frames (12–15kg metal and 360Wh lithium-ion battery), mechanical components, vehicle spare parts, and new production logistics. Establish a circular economy model for micro-mobility in urban areas.
SDG 13: Climate Action
Reduce CO₂ emissions from short-distance urban transport by converting existing vehicles to electric-assist eBikes. Average reduction of 0.15–0.3 tonnes of CO₂ per vehicle per year. With 3,000 vehicles, the total emission reduction achieved: 450–1,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year.
